This week was more or less a rinse and repeat of last week to make the baseplate for the second ShowScan CP65 camera. In between an emergency repair on a friend\u2019s 2-perf ARRI 2C and some in depth advice on repairing a Bell & Howell 2709, I machined this new baseplate in preparation for servicing the two camera movements and getting both cameras ready for the final testing of the new electronics. Later this week, I will meet with the owners to discuss baseplates, matte boxes, and accessories to finalize the details before the baseplates are sent out for anodizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
