In between waiting in the jury room and freedom, this absolutely stunning collection of motion picture cameras and equipment came into the shop. We only have time to give you a brief first look, but there will be many, many more posts about these pieces in the near future. This collection belonged to five-time Emmy Award winning photojournalist, author, and owner of the Philadelphia, PA video rental firm Videosmith, Steven Trent Smith. His wife Martha contacted us a few weeks ago and generously helped arrange for us to take in his stunning collection to find new homes for his prized pieces. I only had time to briefly glance at everything as it was unpacked, but despite a few cobwebs from being in storage, this equipment has obviously been lovingly collected and cared for.
