A couple of months back, we shared that we were building a new and improved version of the CinemaGear.com<\/a> website. The final touches are being put on the site now and it should be ready for launch next week. Among the many wonderful treasures you will be able to find on our new site is this lovely Bell & Howell 2709 camera, serial #823, that I finished cleaning up this week. Last week we showed off the brilliance behind the Bell & Howell Unit \u201cI\u201d Shuttle movement, and how it interfaces with the camera. That movement is part of this camera which comes from the studio of Jim Danforth. It has been used on many of the brilliant projects Jim has been responsible for over the years. We hope you will all come take a look at the new site once it is live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
